Submission Requirements
- A proposed title (Max 100 characters including spaces).
- An abstract of 250-350 words, unless greater detail will help the program committee in the decision process. Submissions must include: Clear and descriptive title, Summary of the major points and conclusions with supporting facts, Projection of what the audience will learn and/or the problems addressed, Insight on new and innovative information or application that will be presented.
- Contact information, speaker photos ( Maximum 8 MB in size, at least 100 x 100 pixels), and brief ( max 250 – 350 words) biography for the presenter.
Important Dates:
- Deadline for submission: 15 Mar 2026
- Notification indicating accepted, alternate, or not accepted status: 15 Apr 2026
- Deadline to accept or decline invitation: 30 Apr 2026
- Deadline for final Power Point presentation submission: 15 July 2026
Terms & Conditions:
- All presentations must be non-commercial in nature. Presentations that could be interpreted as commercial in nature will not be accepted.
- Abstracts must focus on case studies, methodology rather than a specific tool, software or App ( Vibration, Ultrasound, IR tools, etc.. ) trademark devices or App shouldn’t be mentioned or used during the presentations.
- In submitting an abstract and accepting a complimentary conference registration, the speaker grant RES Global and IMRCE Conference permission to duplicate, publish and market hard, electronic and web site-based copies of the presentation materials as compiled in the conference proceedings. The materials will be published in both the conference proceedings and the conference mobile app.
- IMRCE Conference and RES Global have the right to use your name and image in all conference’s material, social media, all marketing activities and the website.
